Early Morning Departure & Park Entry
Pick up from your hotel in Nuwara Eliya or nearby areas. Scenic 1-hour drive through tea estates and mountain roads to Horton Plains. Arrive at the park entrance before crowds (essential for best visibility). Complete registration and pay entrance fees. Meet your knowledgeable nature guide. Trail Start to World's End

Good Season (August - September)
Inter-monsoon period with generally good weather. Fewer crowds than peak season. Landscape is lush and green from previous rains. Good visibility most mornings.
Monsoon Season (April - July, October - December)
Higher rainfall but trail remains open. More dramatic cloud formations and misty atmosphere. Wildlife more active. Best rates and fewer tourists. Bring quality rain gear.
