Your day-by-day breakdown for conquering Kirigalpoththa
Early Morning Departure & Arrival
Depart from your accommodation in Nuwara Eliya or nearby areas. Arrive at Horton Plains National Park entrance. Complete registration and entry formalities. Meet your experienced guide and receive safety briefing. Enjoy a light breakfast while taking in the misty morning atmosphere.
Trail Head & Initial Ascent
Begin the trek from the park entrance at approximately 2,100m elevation. Hike through enchanting cloud forest with giant tree ferns and endemic flora.
